
The sessions were facilitated Menopause Experts Training and provided relevant and up to date information for women about the menopause so that they can make informed decisions about their long-term health.
The participants thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and received information about the physical, psychological and emotional symptoms of the menopause and how they can manage them; how the symptoms can impact their personal and work relationships and provided access to resources, advice and support. Topics covered included HRT, alternative therapies, self care and coping techniques, nutrition, mindfulness, yoga and more!
