A follow up meeting on ‘Women & Brexit’ has been arranged as a result of women who travelled to Brussels on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th, November 2018 with the support of GUE/NGL and MEP Martina Anderson.
The purpose of the meeting is to agree on a few key ‘asks’ for women in any negotiations/deal/no deal going forward to ensure that women are not further disadvantaged as a result of Brexit.
We can agree the Agenda collectively on Monday as our first point of business but as time is tight I have added a draft to get us started.
NIRWN is delighted to be able to support a collective women’s action to increase the voice and visibility of women on Brexit by providing a space for this conversation; however, this is absolutely an open meeting and the invite should be extended to whoever else you think should be involved at this stage.
I would appreciate if you can let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org if you plan to attend on Monday so I can confirm the catering.
