Rise & Shine is a cross-community programme dedicated to female entrepreneurship, empowerment, and leadership. Funded through PEACEPLUS, it brings women together across communities to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create lasting connections rooted in a shared vision for positive change.

What the Programme Offers
Rise & Shine runs two interconnected strands, designed to meet women where they are and support them to go further:
Women's Community Group Leadership and Empowerment
For women involved in community and voluntary organisations, this strand supports participants to strengthen their capacity as leaders, contribute to local community development, and play an active role in peace building, delivered on a cross-community basis.
Women's Empowerment and Leadership
For women looking to grow their leadership skills and influence more broadly, this strand builds the tools and confidence needed to contribute to a strong, sustainable, and prosperous region.
How It Works
Through guided learning, honest reflection, and peer collaboration, participants explore their strengths, challenge self-doubt, and develop practical tools to lead with clarity and compassion, in their communities, workplaces, and beyond.
