Rise and Shine Programme

We’re delighted to invite you to join our Rise & Shine Programme, a PEACEPLUS leadership programme for women living in the Mid Ulster Council area and designed to empower women to grow in confidence, find their voice and become active changemakers in their communities.

Whether you see yourself as a leader already or are just beginning to explore your potential, this programme is for you. Through shared learning and meaningful connection, you’ll discover your strengths, meet like-minded women and gain practical tools to lead with authenticity no matter where you’re starting from.
