Rise and Shine Retreat (flyer attached) consists of the following dates- attendance at all events is required to complete the programme.

• Drop In Registration Session- Cookstown-The Hub, Burn Road-Wednesday 19^th August 10am to 1pm

• Retreat Day-Pomeroy Forest- Thursday 17th September 10am to 5pm

• Evaluation and Celebration- Cookstown The Hub, Burn Road -Wednesday 30^th September 10am to 1pm
